Kaladin has a lot of outward rage, and Teft has a lot directed inward at himself. So, the exact expression of it changes. Although, with Kaladin's depression "so long as it is right" might apply both to himself and others.

Each Order has differing levels of similarity between their member's oaths. Lightweavers have the most personal oaths, which are just acknowledging increasingly important personal truths. Skybreakers have the least personal oaths, the only flexibility is in their interpretation. By the way my fellow Hoid you could find a lot of the answers to your questions on the Coppermind with a little digging, not that I don't appreciate the discussion.
