I am listening and rereading oathbringer something I hadn't caught before and wondered if it was important, been speculated on, or if there is a wob on it. P. 402 in hardcover in one of Dalinars vision the character he is playing is called Malad-son-Zent a Shin name...just wondering about this since we don't see them much and then at the end of the vision p.409 a Shin looking man falls to his knees before the honorblades.

Toaster Retribution he/him Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Given that Shinovar most likely was the place where the humans on Roshar started, it is not unlikely to assume that the people there are much more in touch with the ancient history of Roshar, the wars, Desolations and Blades.
