"Ah-ah." Fadran grabbed her and picked her up. "You're staying with Craven."

Check the text. She's intangible right now. Barely visible.

Tvora ignores the nuisance that is Fadran's hand and starts running. As she runs her weapons shift into whips that don't act much like whips should.

Sorry for the wait

So if the thing was charging, would her staff, like... tear right though it or something?

Actually, it's probably stronger while it's drawing color from Ayia.

A great many of the beasts simply splatter into paint as the group attacks. A few, however, seem harder to destroy- they seem to be more resistant to attacks. These are the ones with black spheres in their mouths, foreheads, or elsewhere- spheres that drain color when they get close enough to someone. As color drains away, so does energy.

How close is close enough?

Ayia shot back towards the main group, nearly grayscale at this point. "Kay, so if I know anything about magical monsters, it's the dark spheres that we're gonna want to attack."

Martin goes after the the sphere on one of the creature's head.  He feels like something is sucking away his energy.

Are the spheres vulnerable to sharp pointy objects?

Remembrance, sensing the sudden flare of emotion from the ongoing battle, weaves through the white bubble, eventually breaching the surface. In a splash of color and energy, Remembrance flows from the anomaly, glowing brighter than before. It rears its head as it processes the situation, devoid of fear, but bursting with curiosity.

What is this?

It focuses on Tvora, picking up her defiance of Fadran and Ayia, and adds concern for the children to its curiosity.

Ayia vaulted into a backflip like the irl sweat she was and tried to bean one of the spheres with her staff.

Remembrance is momentarily distracted by Ayia's maneuver, previously unaware that human bodies could perform such a feat, but forces itself back to its concern for the children. It remembers its experience with Craven, and how it unintentionally hurt him. It does not want the children to be in pain. It pushes on Fadran and Ayia, creating a mental Connection between them, then pulls on the Connection, adding its own mind to the link, creating a more private mental space for the three to communicate. Once the link is complete, Remembrance projects its desire to gain the attention of Fadran and Ayia.

This thing, the protection of the children, this must be so. Tvora is filled with Chaos, but I will make this thing so.

@Channelknight Fadran

Which characters are you referring to? I know about Craven, but who else?

Tvora vanishes into the cognitive, still running, then winks back into the physical realm entirely and smashes her dagger into the face of a colorsucker, aiming for an orb. The color starts to drain from her.

In the Cognitive, Tvora dives for a colorsucker flame and winks into the Physical just in time to hit it. She misses the orb, barely.

"WHAT!" She sticks around, but goes mostly insubstantial, slowing the color drain. She starts swinging for the orb again.
