The Ghostbloods are harvesting Radiant spren and want Sja-anat so that they can gain access to the voidbinding along with surgebinding.

Evidence:  The Ghoostbloods are aware of Nale's efforts to kill other Radiants and are familiar with Radaint powers(they spotted Shallan fairly quickly).  We have an unaccounted for Cryptic(Tien's) that they seem have been aware of.  The Ghoostbloods have a ton of other invested objects(Miraize's table).  Basically any organization would love to have Renairain's abilities.  If a Radiant dies their spren is in trouble and may have to accept a less then ideal bond(as we see with Hoid).  Renarian is a living example of how a Voidbinder can be created and we know that the Ghostbloods are after an unmade(specifically the one responcible).

From this I believe that the Ghostbloods are going around and harvesting Spren from dead Radaints then attempting to bond them to their members.  I also believe that they hope to gain voidbinding along with surgebinding via Sja-anat.

They are worldhoppers. They could go to Shadesmar aconquering and capture Spren. The goal makes some sense, in terms of wanting to do this. But why be so convoluted? They are apparently at least hundreds of years old an organisation. Why did they wait for so long?

I took it as a given. Mraize's collection all but confirmed they're on Roshar for war profiteering. Sja-Anat would be a valuable addition to their collection or an ally as she wants to defect, but she also Corrupts spren with Odium's Investiture basically makes her a very valuable commodity

I don't think they know how to move kidnapped spren from the CR to the PR where they could be bonded.  Also unbounded physical spren are in a dangerous environment as well as on their own so risk of discovery is considerably less.  Finally spren in the CR are not seeking bondmates so they will be considerably less receptive.  As to the timing.  We don't know how long Nale has been hunting Radiants exactly but according to Mraize's letter it is about 20 years.  It would have taken them a while to figure out how to track the Skybreakers and understand what they are up to and then they would have to conceive, test and put together their plan.  It seems like a reasonable time frame.

I think the difficulty would come in the timing. You would have to identify a proto-radiant and wait for them to die or kill them. Wait too long, and the spren will already have bonded and returned to Shadesmar on the death of the radiant.

I can see this being a goal, or a situation that they would gladly take advantage of but I don't think they have had much success yet in bonding spren to existing members of the Ghostbloods.

Also, Brandon has mentioned before that you probably could not hemalurgically steal a nahel bond because the radiant spren has a say in who holds their bond. Hoid was successful (presumably) not just because of the Cryptic's situation but also because Hoid is already a Lightweaver willing to tell Truths. If the Ghostbloods tried to force a spren to bond someone who did not match the order, I doubt the spren would just be a passive captive.

That can all be done by just co-oping the Skybreaker's work.  Follow one around wait for them to look like they are going to kill someone or just do detective work to find where they already killed somone.

Probably not.  They are likely looking for candidates.  They need willing bondmates and under the circumstance the spren lower their standards.

They would not.  That is why they want Sja-anat.  She may change temperament as while as powers.

I agree. I had already speculated on the other thread that quite like hoid, it appears that ghostbloods are trying to collect different magics across cosmere.
But instead of taking highly investiture granting objects as hoid is doing, I think ghostbloods focus is on becoming a collective that comprises of differently invested individuals.
They clearly wanted radiants, Mraize is delighted to have Shallan! And it very well may be that they have tried to harvest spren off of dead radiants or Proto-radiants.
It would also explain why they would want to kill Jasnah. Something tells me that the surge of transportation would be of interest to a group of worldhoppers.
But clearly they not only want radiants, they would want all the types they can get.
They are already interested in Unmades, what’s next? A shard?
