I’ve seen a video where a guy goes to sleep next a to leopard and doesn’t get eaten. So... we have that. And cats can be all fluffy and snuggly and affectionate if you get to know them .

I think it means that dogs are “Wow”, and that cats are “Meh”. However, I disagree!

(Yes that last sentence was a reference).

Onomatopoeic, like they teach kindergarteners, dogs say "bow-wow", cats say "meow"

The movie Puss in Boots does something similar but for cats, "me-wow"
