In very, very rare circumstances. Taking away somebody’s life is a horrible, detestable, and heinous thing to do. To exercise you’re agency over theirs and forcibly remove them from life is awful, and the world would be a better place without any murder or killing. That being said, the only times I would kill would be if all my other options were gone (I couldn’t run away, call the cops and have them get here in time, disarm the man somehow, literally any way that I wouldn’t have to kill) and someone threatened my family, loved ones, or me with clear and present danger. I would absolutely hate to do it, and would look for anyway around it, but in defense of innocent lives, I would kill.

The Coach Z one? It’s from this 90s internet thing called Homestar Runner which is... well, I don’t even know how to describe it, but it’s this little mini 5-minute episode video series that are absolutely hilarious for some reason. They’re pretty random. Basically, in one of the videos this character called The Cheat (see Cheat Commando’s profile pic for reference) goes missing, everybody spends a montage looking for him and then they find him laying on the King of Town’s grill, and Coach Z (Canadian by the way) sees this and utters the famous line, “The King of Town has gone mad with power! He’s gonna eat the Chort!” 

Homestar Runner is also the origin of Trogdor the Burninator.
