Would you like this RP to be done traditionally or with TLT's crazy narrator style?

It thinks as Yoda!

Ghanderflaffle spun Jaci around as the beast fell and stabbed at it in any weak spot she could find, not noticing anything different. She eventually hacked into it enough to kill it. She climbs back on Jaci and rode into the center of the ghanderflaffle ring to catch her breath.

Luna flew over, worried. “That seemed... too easy. Why did it fall so quickly? It took very long to even scratch it, yet it just fell without hardly any effort.”

Astral looked down. She licked her lips. "What if..." She swallowed, unsure of herself. "What if we were to trap them... within ourselves?"

Road cocked his head and looked up. "It could work," he said uneasily at first, then softer with determination. "It could work." This could actually work...we could win...

"But how?" Astral didn't want to suck in any more darkness than she already had. It hurt sometimes if she focused on it too much. If she was honest with herself, she would rather fade to nothing or even fight forever than take it all in. But that wasn't what Marsh would have expected at all. He would have borne it all.

"We should use something void of feeling to hold our emotions, then we can use that to defeat theirs. What do we have that can't feel anythi-"

Road stopped short. He felt at his pouch; it was still there. He quickly undid the flap and pulled out the small tube he'd found, the grain of sand still sitting at the bottom.

It dawned on him. This is small enough to escape their notice, yet effective enough to wield our powers against them.

"We can use this," Road said to Astral, hope sounding in his voice.

Xino squeezed the hilt of his sword and slowly lowered it to point at the approaching figure.

The figure saw the sword and continued. Such things it did not fear.

Xino’s hands shook. He closed his eyes and fired. The bolt shot towards the figure.

The figure spoke silence. Easy, for it. It needed not Narrator power for that.

The bolt vanished.

The figure came closer. Time it almost was.

Xino fell to his knees.

The figure held out a hand. In it, justice lay.

“NO,” he whispered. “NO…”

The cost they would soon learn of entering their own tale.

Xino tried to scream, but no sound came out.

The figure extended its hand.

Xino closed his eyes and reached out.

All around, he could see the ideas that comprised this world. Some had come from him, some from others; they all blended together with each other, covering far more than they should have been able to.

He struck out farther, to other worlds, other universes. On some, he saw telltale signs of his interference. But there was so much more. So many threads he had never read, so many roleplays he had never joined.

They chattered with a sound that was not a sound- and yet, was. He could hear them now.

The figure touched the one.

Silence fell.

Xino crumpled to the ground, Narrator no longer.

Xino grumbled that he might as well copy it over straight from google docs if it was going to be that way. :P

Astral looked at him flatly. "Sand?"

Road backtracked. "I know I know it sounds crazy, but HE had the box where it was."

The figure turned away from the fallen stone warrior. Sad that had been, true. But necessary.

And not yet was his work done. He began bounding over the stones to where the small group of Narrators stood in discussion...

"Maybe it was weaker than it looked?" Ghanderflaffle sounded confused, then she noticed that the giant had fallen. "Luna!" She pointed to the limp form.

Read it soon, I really liked it.

Luna flew over as quickly as he could. That giant was one of the only things keeping the biggest monsters at bay. It had felled a monster just a easily as the other Narrators had all working together. He hovered directly in front of its face. “Xino?” he asked, somehow knowing his name.

The figure bounded through the crowd of monsters, Silencing any who got in his way. The next it was time for.

It reached Astral within seconds, extending a hand to touch her.

Slowly, ever so slowly, Xino opened his eyes. The rubies inside that had before glowed with fire were now dark and empty.
Things were fading, threads vanishing from his mind one by one as the action of the figure took hold on his mind. SE, Alleyverse, even some things from TLT- all gone. He fought to keep hold of what memories he could, trying desperately not to forget who he was, or who he had been.
"I am Xino..." he whispered, the sound strangely muffled. "I am... Xino..."

Astral's eyes widened as the figure approached. It seemed Connected to her. She took a step back and shivered. Memories pounded in her mind.

The figure approached without slowing down. It reached out a hand to touch the woman on the chest- or anywhere, really. Matter it did not.

The figure reached out and touched her.

A Narrator this was, indeed. But a character this was, also.

He thought a word of silence, enhanced by his Narrative power. But no normal silence was this; the silence that silenced was this. The reverse of an idea, it cut her away from her Narrator power.

In an instant, a mere character she became, the character she had acted to be.
