A blonde girl wearing jeans, sandals, and a loose red shirt with white accents walked in through the door. "Table for one, please," she said.

A week and a half later, Taradiddle bursts through the Employees Only door. “Hello and welcome to The Happy Inquisitor! Do you have a reservation?”

He frowns, “I see you helped yourself to the peppermints.”

Star laughed awkwardly. "No, I don't have a reservation."

Ark, no longer drunk or depressed, walks through the door.

"I need a job."

Zeoy looked at the newcomer flatly. "Not behind this counter."

Lunamor walks out from the kitchen.

”What sort of job were you thinking?”

The sound of a bell rang through the restaurant as Narrator Pheonix walked through the door, whistling a merry tune. He looked over the establishment appraisingly. Much of the decoration seemed to have been left unwritten- or maybe he was just missing something. Oh well. It didn't really matter. That's not what he was here for, anyways.

He walked over to one of the tables and sat down, watching the door carefully for the person he was supposed to meet.

Star, still waiting to be seated, dully noticed her fellow Narrator.

"Baking, maybe. I have experience." He pulls out a card, showing DA credentials. "Uh, crap, wrong one." He shoved it back into his pocket, this time pulling out an obviously forged TUBA card.

Lunamor raised an eyebrow.

”I don’t need another baker. A DA one no less!”

Narrator Pheonix suddenly noticed Star. His face brightened, and he waved.

Well, we don't have Delarin anymore. And this place supports the production of spiked goods.

Star waved back, a little distracted and mildly annoyed.
