thegatorgirl00 she/her
With the new year just beginning, I thought it would be fun for those of us with New Years Resolutions to have a thread where we can share and encourage one another. My resolution is to drink more water. My body really doesn't handle dehydration well, but I've never really made an effort to stay hydrated. Day 1 and I've been drinking more water than usual.
Blessed peace he/him
I wish you good luck. My best advice is to move around with a small bottle.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her
My resolution is to finish the next draft of my book. I figure I can reach my word count goal by averaging 200 words per day.
+Sorana she/her
My resulotion is to relax. I take a lot of things way too seriously and stress myself unneccessaryly. And I want to spend more time sewing and improve my abilities in that regard.

Zelly
Health stuff overall. Eat healthier, exercise more, drink more water, get more sleep, get less stress.

I thought about doing something similar, but drinking water seemed both more specific and easier to keep track of, which I find are things helpful in creating goals. That said, I am making an effort to introduce other health things into my life, such as exercise and better skin care.

I accomplished about half of my goals yesterday. I ate terribly, went to the gym, drank a lot of water, and stayed then stayed up late. Not sure where that puts me on "healthy".
