Hoid's Honorblade

So we know that one sword was missing from the 10 in the first scene when the Heralds quit. The last Herald shows up to warn the world and Hoid happens to be there. That Dalinar got the sword which the Herald had on him when he reached the Shattered Plains. Also we know he had that same sword when he became a KR and he heard a scream of a dead spren.

So my point, which I'm sure you have figured out, is that Hoid took the Herald s sword when he first appeared and left a random shardblade instead. I forgot which powers that Honorblade gives him but with the mistborns powers as well and who knows what else this man is sick strong

I just finished reading Alloy of Law again, and it sounds like something Wayne would do... Although Hoid did something similar in Emperor's Soul... Wait a minute! Wayne IS Hoid!

We also know that he didn't switch out the Blades, so no shenanigans went on where Hoid stole it and then sold it or something.

Thanks for the link. That's a lot of information I didn't know about. But I see it says 2 honorblades which is the first blade? Assuming the one I'm speaking of is the second.

When Szeth confronts Taravangian, the latter says that one of the Honorblades was stolen. I'm guessing that question was made under the assumption that Hoid was the one who stole it.

WOB says that he currently does not have honorblades.. that does not mean he could of had it at one point.. been a while since desolations

To me it sounded like Taravangian was desperately making up anything to stop Szeth from snapping and slaughtering him.
