With the next Mistborn book, maybe he'll meet his Shard of Thought! My Cosmere crushes which comes as no surprise is Kaladin and Renarin. They not only need a hug. Kaladin, you don't need to shoulder all the burdens yourself! Renarin! You are Radiant, you aren't diseased, sickly, you are smart and worth it! They are also very attractive. With hearts of gold!
