I know I talked briefly about how she struggles with the free will issue, and so if she found out that you planned on Bat having a good ending she would see that as you controlling his fate and it would reaffirm her views that none of them can actually make choices

But he'll say something about how she has a personality that even an Author can't contradict, and that the Author knows it, and he knows she doesn't want to 

And that if she pushes hard enough, she can do anything she wants to do, just because she wants to do it

Maybe he'll demonstrate that somehow, idk

Mine starts the same way- like, yes, I made her personality, and yes, I can't make her go against that -because that's me making a choice, not her-

but at the same time, that's all she is. I don't have a plot for her, no pre-determined destiny, and so the entire premise of her character is based on reacting to what happens around her based on her past experiences and interactions with people she loves and cares for.

And I mean, that's basically all we are, too. Our personality, however defined it may be at first, changes and grows with our experiences and environment. No matter what I made her as, she's grown at lot and learned a lot for herself, far surpassing anything I ever had planned for her.

Y'know?
