What I’ve been told is that it’s a mental disorder that makes people have the need to do things a certain way or have to do a certain thing, I think I’m missing a few parts, but yeah.

So the thing about OCD (at least with me; obviously everyone will have varying symptoms) is that I unintentionally put a lot of subconscious pressure on myself. So if I see something that seems even the slightest bit strange to me (in this case, anime), then my brain deems that as weird and I literally have this awful, sick feeling if I see it again, or I get headaches or my vision goes blurry and a few other things . . . and the worst part is, I literally can't decide what things make me feel that way; it just happens, and after it happens there's nothing I can do about it.

No. I know that makes it sound less creditable but believe me, I have OCD and I KNOW I have OCD; it's complecated.

And my parents don't believe in doctors so that's problematic.

That's what most people think, and you're not wrong, but there's a lot more than that and it sucks 😅

I've been observed with OCD-like tendencies, but I don't think I have it. It's also interesting to see how it differs from person to person.

I find JJK pretty easy to watch since there's one movie and two seasons (all canon, with season three and four yet to be released). So there's a recommendation should you need it. 🙃
