Toaster Retribution he/him Posted October 22, 2018 Posted October 22, 2018 (edited) We spend a lot of time guessing on Ofiums Champion, but Honor needs one as well. Who is it? Edited October 22, 2018 by Toaster Retribution 1
IllNsickly he/him Posted October 22, 2018 Posted October 22, 2018 Crazy Conspiracy Theory.... What if Dalinar is both Odium AND Honor’s Champion. What if THAT conflict is completely internal for Dalinar. KR (et al) vs Fused and Listeners and Dalinar vs Himself.
Zelly Posted October 22, 2018 Posted October 22, 2018 I'll go with Taln. He's been through enough, but I could see him having a major role like this. He was sort of kind of an amazing person in OB and I think he still has a lot of potential paths, despite his troubled mental state.
cantabile21 Posted October 22, 2018 Posted October 22, 2018 Dalinar. Because part of being honourable is facing up to your own failures and taking responsibility for them, which is what Dalinar did by rejecting Odium and the temptation to just run away from the truth. And being picked to be Honor's champion, after having rejected Odium's seduction, would be poetic indeed.

StrikerEZ he/him Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Venli. That would be all-around amazing. 1
Toaster Retribution he/him Posted October 23, 2018 Author Posted October 23, 2018 Personally, I think its Szeth. He might be the most honorable person on Roshar, and the fifth book, where I think the Contest will happen, is his book. Plus, he didn’t get Nightblood for nothing. Seeing Szeth go from the antagonistic and mad assassin to the hero who fights for humanity would be a great story arc as well. 2
