So the end of Stormlight is gonna be the merge between Mistborn era 4 and Stormlight. Is there gonna be any series afterward that we know about?

The end of stormlight is going to be long before Era 4.

The second half of stormlight is running roughly in tandem with Era 2. AoL is placed, depending on the WoB, in the gap between arcs to as far forward as SA 7.

Era 4 Mistborn is slated as the final Cosmere series. Dragonsteel will give us the start, and Era 4 is the end.

The end of Stormlight is going to only be a few decades in the future of the current timeline. Mistborn Era 4 is going to be centuries in the future, most likely, since Scadrial has only just reached the industrial era in Era 2, and Era 2 happens around the middle of Stormlight. We'll then have Era 3, which is 1980's tech, then finally, Era 4 which is the FTL era. I can't imagine less than 100 years between 1980's tech and FTL, so we've got a long way to go.

But Era 4 is meant to be the grand climax of the Cosmere. There might be other stories and novellas, but that's going to be the end of the main sequence.

To add to the discussion of other known works, while Mistborn Era 4 is going to be both the Big Crossover and the final planned story in the Cosmere sequence there will be other stories taking place after Stormlight Archive and before the big finale. Mistborn Era 3 for example is going to be at least a couple generations removed from the current books and thus post-SA and Brandon has toyed with the idea of a 'Mistborn Cyberpunk' story that would be set between MB3 and MB4. Brandon recently revealed that he had an idea for a Sixth of the Dusk sequel which would also be set some time in the (pre-MB4) future from the perspective of the other existing works.

But yeah, there's nothing currently planned to take place after the final Mistborn series. Brandon has however said that he'd like to get to MB4 while he's still young enough that if he wants to write more stories that aren't covered in his current plans, he'll have time to do it. That doesn't explicitly exclude the possibility of something taking place after MB4 but any such works would be outside the main sequence.
