The Underground Baker's Association is a group of people in the Alleyverse. The make non-Hemalurgic cookies. I used to be in them, but was kicked out. Maybe. I've never been super into the stick. I find it hilarious how far the fandom has taken it, and completely support that, but I'm not generally one for worshiping it. So probably nah. Ha! Made me do a double take. RWBY stands for Red-white-black-yellow, and also Ruby-Weiss-Blake-Yang. It's a show based on the style of anime, and I HIGHLY recommend it. I'm not an anime person in any way, shape, or form, but RWBY is awesome. If you're interested, the whole series is free on YouTube, and if you try and like it, I can add you to a PM where we discuss it or a RP we have in the world. Or both! 1

Only the people specifically added to one can read what's inside, and they have various other differences from threads, like no upvoting and downvoting, double posting is allowed in them, etc. They're used among friends, secret groups, for off-topic conversation, and for many roleplays. Just make sure you don’t tell any asparaguses that. They get quite grumpy, and will tell you everyone does not have a water buffalo.
