Ok so the answer is :

Ta da da da puppy power

The city of Eila in Iri.Screenshot_2019-12-21-19-21-59-136.jpeg.50b2bd7130dc627eceee0b8d9ab915db.jpeg

Which was possibly where the Eila Steele , which has been making huge waves in literary circles recently, was discovered.

Which lies relatively near a large lake/ inland sea in Rira and right next to the Misted mountains.

In the buffer zone between the extreme contrasts of the  soil strewn lands of Shinovar and the stormscoured lands of True Roshar.

Ok. I'm out. Who wants a go next ?

Krae'da? (Might've spelled it wrong.) The giant mountain on Dayside?

Wait a min! @bees? might be on to something! Is it Sel, which is a Shardworld whose orbit is quite close to an asteroid belt (large rocks) and which is noted to be a particularly large Shardworld by Cosmere standards according to Khriss? @DoomStick, did I get you?

@DoomStick

Ideas:

Akinah in Amia - It's surrounded by huge rock formations, but the island itself is said to be somewhat small

The Shattered Plains in the Frostlands - Surrounded by the Unclaimed Hills, it also huge.

Questions:

When you say "quite large", do you mean that in comparison to others of it's kind (like this city is big compared to a lot of cities in the region) or compared to most things in general (like, this planet is much bigger than most objects we have around us)?
