Two quick questions.

Can someone point me in the direction of the discussion about Odium's champion and who it may end up being. I haven't started OB yet so no spoilers.

Also is there any discussion of Hoid's level of "omniscience" He seems to know so much by the way he just happens to be places where things are happening even before it seems that he should really be able to know what is going on.

On the first one, that is pretty much the Plot of OB, I dont think you'll be able to find any spoiler-free Discussion until you've finished it (or accept the Spoilers, I suppose). 

 

On Hoid, we know that he manages to just happen to be in the right place at the right time via an application of Fortune, and that while he can Show up he does not always actually know the Why of it.  My own theory is HERE but that is also in the OB spoiler section, but we dont have a definitive answer yet. 

 

In general there is a whole lot of Cosmere meat in OB, to the point where its going to seep into most any of the broader conversations and be hard to avoid

First question: Aside from a few old ones that would be in the Stormlight board, most(maybe all) Odium's Champion discussions will be in the OB spoiler board, and full of spoilers. 

Second question: Hoid is accessing the spiritual quality/property known as Fortune, which can be used to gain certain knowledge about the future, and maybe bend luck in your favor. The details about how Fortune works are sketchy at best, and the ability seems only partially reliable. Hoid can sometimes tell he needs to be somewhere and when, but may not necessarily know why. This is why he keeps showing up when important things are going down. How Hoid is accessing Fortune is currently unknown.

Sounds like I'm just going to have to read OB then come back and read these discussions. Thanks for the insight I'm glad I asked before I started reading them because I would prefer not to spoil any more of OB than i already have for myself.
