Drako laughs.

He laughs long and hard. Rhazien just played right into his trap.

"Last I checked," he said, still chuckling, "I'm the one with a helmet."

Summoning his last reserves of strength, he jumped off the platform into the ocean of beads, taking Mraize with him.

Here's my reasoning:

Drowning in Shadesmar seems to come more from the beads choking you to death rather than a lack of air. My Shardplate is modeled after the power armor of 40k. This power armor is basically a closed system, and even with my greaves missing, my helmet should keep the beads from getting in my mouth. Ergo, I don't drown, but Mraize does.

Rhazien simply transported them back to the physical realm where they both stood a few feet apart. After a few a moment The shardbearer toppled to the ground. "Do you yield now?"

Yes. That feels right. If you notice any more things I ignore in the future, please don't hesitate to point it out. I don't think I'm a particularly fantastic mediator.

"The Surgebinder can also bring other beings and objects with them while Elsecalling." -Link

I can choose or not choose which objects/people I want to take with me. I took Drako to the physical realm, went back to the cognitive without him and back to the physical.

It might've been helpful if you had mentioned that. But very well then.

Wait a minute, that makes no sense, Nei'an! You were in the dungeon! How could you escape?

How do you write blue words?

After you're done typing, there's an option at the top of the message box that looks like an 'A' with a colorded bar underneath it. next to it is an A encased in a color. Choose the option with the bar, and a grid of colors will appear.

As much as I hate to admit it, I've basically lost anyway.

Also, sorry for disappearing. I went to a con over the weekend, and left my computer at home.

Drako sighed, letting his arms drop to the arena floor.

"You win," he said, trying to keep his voice level. "Your honor remains intact, and mine is satisfied in the end of the duel. Now, would you please help me get this armor off?"
