Nice one! I normally try to use the not too obscure characters, so Kelsier was somewhere on my to do list. I just love to see the old characters in new light!

Not a radiant bond, just a bond. On Sel, a person is bonded to a Seon, so yes, Raoden has a bond! (But I was actually referring to Hrathen).
