This one's got Elantrian vibes. I know it breaks Clue 1, but my guess is Riino, because he's not actually confirmed to be the "beautiful" Hoed in-text.

Elantian is a nice fit, but it also might be one of the insane fused...

My guess is the one who Venli encounters while she spreads her story among the newly awakend parshmen. Before she meets Leshwi.
