Podman Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 (edited) This isn’t really forgetting, but along the same lines. I always, always get mixed up with Siri and Siris (Infinity Blade). Sometimes I even forget Siri’s name because my mind says no, you’re thinking of Siri’s. I guess it is forgetting! Another one- I was taking the Cosmere Marathon quiz at the OB signing and for a while I completely forgot that Sixth of the Dusk existed. It would ask questions, and I wouldn’t even recognize them. It was the weirdest thing. As if the memories were erased from my brain. And no, I haven’t been to the Nightwatcher. Those are the ones I can think of right now! Truthweaver she/her Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 I forgot about the existence of the Ghostbloods until my second re-read of WoR. Even now I have trouble remembering them. Everything else about the Stormlight Archives I can bring to mind easily, except any storylines with the Ghostbloods... 3

If you asked me for a summary for any of the books, I wouldn't be able to do more than give a very vague overview. Apparently my brain has a thing for remembering absolutely nothing about fictional secret societies/organizations. Maybe it's a self-preservation mechanism? 1
