In all sincerity I have considered this possibility. Within the other Amaram post, someone suggested Amaram would inherit Sadeas's requirement to duel Adolin. I suggested it may come a day where Amaram will think it is within his best interest to uphold Sadeas's obligation by demanding to settle Torol's debt to Adolin, right now. Being Adolin, he would readily accept, but what if... What if Amaram already has Oathbringer? How long as he hidden within the city, unknown to all? 5 or 10 days? Long enough to have secretly bound another Shardblade. So what if Amaram already is a dual Shardblade wielder? What if Ialai's people or Mraize found the Blade and it was given to Amaram? To safe-keep it until the heir is old enough. And no one knows it. So what happens when Amaram demands Adolin to honor his right to duel Sadeas, right now? What happens when he summons his second Shardblade on the ring? Now this is getting interesting. Like, I can't fathom Adolin not having gone back to check after the second murder to see if it was still there. I feel like it's already been found we just haven't been told that yet. He can't allow himself to be viewed rummaging around the crime scene and he can't be the one to "find" the Blade as it would be too suspicious. He probably doesn't even remember which window terrace he threw it on, so likely he is hoping someone else will find it and deal with it.

I think this concept is plausible, but seeing as the Ghostbloods have tried to assassinate Amaram I highly doubt they gave him a Shardblade. Ialai on the otherhand, perhaps. Have we ever seen a case where someone has held two dead Blades that are bonded directly to them? It would be interesting to see if a similar reaction would occur; after all, I don't think we have confirmation that the screams are 100% the result of the bonded, live spren. It could be that simply the presence of two spren (even when dead) in a person's mind will result in the same interference. No, it's actually the dead Spren screaming, just normally people can't hear it and it takes a bond to hear it. It's not an "interference" issue, in fact the king currently has two sets of shards, one of which he lends out (mentioned first time Kaladin guards Adolin in the practice area and implied in the 4V3 fight, Dalinar attempts to loan the king's blade while someone is using one they borrowed) 1
