For reference, Word of Brandon that Rithmatist was originally conceived as a Cosmere work but he decided against it and additional confirmation that no work that includes Earth in any way is part of the Cosmere. He's mentioned elsewhere that it 'adds too much baggage'.

Also, welcome to the Shard!!

The Rithmatist isn't Cosmere. I have no idea what you mean when you say it was the setting for one of the stories in Arcanum Unbounded. Maybe you could tell me what story you're thinking of? Regardless, The Rithamatist is not Cosmere.

I have read Arcanum Unbounded, but I might have mixed up The Rithmatist with another book. The story in Arcanum Unbounded is about fixing the mind of a king using stamps.

That is The Emperor's Soul, which is set on the Planet Sel where Elantris is (if you look on the map for Elantris, there is a spot marked "Rose Barbarians" meaning the Rose Empire). The Rithmatist is the one with the circles and lines and chalklings. It was originally planned to be in the cosmere until Brandon Sanderson decided he didn't want any earth analogs in the cosmere (So don't ask if Reckoners is cosmere).

Now, whether or not Rithmatist and Alcatraz are part of the Reckoners multiverse...
