Canton of Finance
Hi all! We here at Shire Post Mint launched Mistborn coins on Kickstarter a few weeks ago: http://kck.st/2wZD4p0 I figured I should introduce us here too! Tom Maringer has been making official coins since 2003 when he started making coins for George R.R. Martin. We've been blown away by the excitement and love that the Cosmere community has shown us since we announced this new project. You guys rock -Helen
Pagerunner he/him
Have you guys thought about doing a project for Rosharan coins? ... oh, wait. Never mind. This Kickstarter is pretty cool. Anything else in the pipeline (even if it's just at the 'crazy idea' state) for cosmere fans?
Argent he/him
*waves* Hey there! I promised to give you my money some time ago, so this relationship is already off to a great start. In fact, it looks like the project just broke the $75k goal (yay for bronze!), so it's going pretty strongly. I was going to say that I would love to see more Cosmere coins, but not that many words have those - outside of Mistborn, only Elantris and Warbreaker seem to have have coins, and they are described in neither one. But hey, I'd love to see your work Dragonsteel and come up with something! I mean, I'd really love to see Stormlight spheres, but that's not at all your alley...
StormingTexan he/him
I was happy to pledge for the project and look forward to receiving my coins!

That potential project would be massive and take lots of planning and approval and all that, so I can't say anything more right now. We're talking with Team Sanderson about some more Era 2 coins (like the bi-metal coins) though those are going to wait until the final Wax and Wayne book is out. I'm also looking at creating custom bullet cases that would be like the ones Wax carries to push off of.

I would empty my bank account to buy a pouch of spheres In all seriousness though, mostly it would just be really nice to have an approved real world reference for the size of the stones and the orb around them, I've always wondered. Same thing with the coins, I'm probably gonna reread Mistborn again when I get mine, just so I can fondle them during all the allomancy scenes.
