With the large number of highstorms that come every year this would not be a serious issue. makromag he/him Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Actually, the contents of the latrines ARE soulcast away into smoke, we can hear Dalinar thinking about it in his POV, when he is digging a latrine ditch "A latrine house would be set at the high end, and the contents could be Soulcast to smoke every few months." I guess they soulcast it to smoke, because the idea of eating something that was once poop, fermenting for a couple months, is pretty gross.
