Some days ago here there was a strong earthquake ( I was not in the epicenter) and while everyone in my palace runned away. I remained in my bed because I though that be on the stairs would be worse (I live at the fifth floor)..... Everybody I told this, think I was a fool <_<

I think the stairway is usually safer because it's in the middle of the building + structural integrity.

usually maybe but my building's ones aren't exactly solid also in normal daytime... I would prefer to climb down from the gutter instead

EDIT: This made me think that once I did this, I forgot the key and my parents was out of town. Therefore I enter in my house from a window near the gutter (the window was open because it was summer)

And I crawled through a tiny rock tunnel into a small cave where my ancestors hid out when fighting the Romans.

I live in an area with tons of those caves. There's this one called Tel Goded that we like to go to sometimes.

I think I know the entire complex by heart.

Forgive me Mestiv......what's so cool about this? :l

Maybe that's not too visible on the photo but I can bend my thumb almost 90 degrees back (if pressed against something). It freaks out some people I know. I've never said it's cool :P

Oh I see. The angle of your arm confused me about the angle of your thumb. :)

I have diabetes, and I prick my finger (and give shots and stuff) multiple times a day, and my best friend is extremely uncomfortable with blood.

It's really rather amusing to watch her reactions.

I've eaten sand, bark, and grass all on purpose.

I was so sick and feverish last night that I woke up from a dream and thought I was a Hsadic Jew.

When I woke up this morning my head felt like Guernica looks.

I really wish there was more jewelry that guys can wear. I love anklets and my ring, but I don't feel like I could get away with a bracelet, and most men's necklaces are either crosses or dog tags. I don't want to wear either of those :/

I can turn both feet around 180 degrees so they are pointing backwards. This is due to my legs being somewhat deformed. To correct the issue I would have to have both knees completely rebuilt. Needless to say, until it gets really bad I'll deal with the pain.

@ScottLeft I wear the kanji for 'Dog' around my neck, because it is my chinese zodiac. Well, mostly because it was a birthday gift about ten years ago and I just never bothered taking it off.

You could get something from Brandon's store.

Details please! How did you feel like a Hasid? I'm so amused.

You might be able to wear a leather-type bracelet. And I've definitely seen guys with facial piercings if you want to go that route. Ears, eyebrows, nose I think....

i mean really theres no rules but if it looks thick and dark and blocky and 'masculine' you're probably OK.

I am weirdly obsessed with music written in unusual time signatures.

"The Rocky Road to Dublin" is mostly in 3/4 time, with a 4/4 measure thrown in about once per verse.

"I Am The Doctor" uses several different time signatures, including 7/4, 4/4, 3/4, and 7/8.

"Dulaman"... 90% of the time you can't even count this one in quarter notes. It's constantly changing time: 5/8, 7/8, 6/8, and it's very fast.

"Panic Attack" by Dream Theater switches between 4/4, 5/8, 12/8, and 3/4 multiple times, and different sections of 12/8 in different parts of the song aren't even always at the same tempo.

"Dirty Second Hands" by Switchfoot... I don't even know what time signature this one is in most of the time.

Whenever any of these songs comes on my MP3 player, I kinda just want to stop what I'm doing and drum along with it. And then play the song again.

You may like "Shadow Rituals" by Michael Markowski. I played it in a band a couple of years back. Getting the timing down took some work :P

Get a shark-tooth, or some other symbolic thing. I've worn a "shark" tooth necklace, A sick Celtic knot and this strange islander symbol (still looked cool). As long as the "jewlry" your wearing looks cool or badass, you should be fine> It's not like you want Scott engraved in cursive on a gold plate with a jeweled butterfly on it's side.....right?
