How do I make a "Reveal hidden content" / "Hide Content" box?

Title says everything... I'm sure this has been answered a hundred times but after searching in vain for half an hour, I give up and simply ask.

Edit: I can see the "Spoiler" icon but I cannot change the text "Spoiler" to something else, can I?

The spoiler is what you're looking for, but unfortunately you can't rename it. If the administrators ever decide to dabble with plugins for the editor, it's possible we might get that eventually, but that's certainly not something that'll happen soon.

People will know what you mean when you use the spoiler feature.

That's what the spoiler feature does.

We are talking about the same thing. For some reason in Editor they are labeled Spoiler and in post, "Reveal hidden contents"

Thanks, that explains a lot !! Btw, the preview still shows them as "Spoiler" (tried that)
