Oversleep
So, what kind of things involving Metalborn would you want to see? (or even without Metalborn, but set on Scadrial) Any kind of scene, be it action (fight, chase, novel application of powers) or non-action (passing a law enforcing Metalborn registration, or idea for a new transport system), anything. I've seen people comment that there should be a Steelpushing fight on skyscraper construction site.I personally want to see two Coinshots/Lurchers going at it without any metal on them... except the fact that somebody detonated a metal dust grenade in the room (like that silver dust bomb from 1:58) so the room is filled to the roof with metal dust. I think that it would be quite awesome to see more of using metal dust. Also, molten metal. As for the another idea, BoM spoilers I think that there could be a job to Compound whatever your client wants you to. You have a variety of medallions, your client gives you a empty metalmind and returns for a filled one. Or he doesn't even give you metalmind, just taps the store's unkeyed metalmind and fills his own. That way Feruchemists can have their metalminds charged a lot without doing it on their own... except they have to pay.
CaptainRyan he/him
I want to see epic airship battles involving artillery shots, gunfire and coinshots/lurchers leaping from ship to ship and fighting in the sky! Basically, the Scadrial version of the Red Wings from Final Fantasy II (US, SNES version).
Rasarr she/her
I'd like to see a Pewter compounder in action. Pewter is one of two metals that improve the same quality (the other would be Tin, it works on senses both in Allomancy and Feruchemy), and I'm guessing the effects would be even more powerful than any other compounding. Imagine storing Pewter while burning Pewter. Or tapping Pewter while burning Pewter. I want to see Scadrial Hulk, really.
Jondesu he/him
You'd quickly run into some physical limitations if you compound Pewter Feruchemically, since while your body would handle the added bulk of the muscles for a while, there'd have to be a point where it just wouldn't function. The Hulk never has that problem that I've heard of, but a Superthug would (not sure what their actual Twinborn name would be). jW
Rasarr she/her
Hm, I wasn't thinking the Hulk's size, but I see why this may be a problem. Ah, well... On another note, A. Pewter/F. Steel Twinborn? Wanna see that, too. We've seen what a Steelrunner can do, add superstrength and for short periods of time, they'd be almost unstoppable. Magestar he/him
I want to see a Coinshot or Lurcher shoving cars everywhere. Or possibly a Duralumin/Steel combo blowing up planes, or a Nicroburst fueled lurcher pulling them out of the sky. Also, a Lurcher flying along behind a plane, just pulling on it as it moves to keep themselves behind it. And wouldn't A;Pewter agility make up for some of the huge muscle mass of F;Pewter? And if you are tall enough, F;Pewter would only have to increase muscle mass to give you the aesthetics of the Hulk. I think it is possible to reach near-Hulk size with this combo. Eki
I want to see elephants. I like elephants.
Jondesu he/him
Hm, I wasn't thinking the Hulk's size, but I see why this may be a problem. Ah, well... Hey, even if they didn't reach that size, they could maintain the upper boundaries of what is doable for a very long time. Perhaps reach Savanthood in Feruchemical Pewter? That could be ridiculously awesome, if it didn't kill them. jW
