Man, this is just like when ee cummings and bell hooks started a company together.

It folded due to lack of capital.

Okay, yep, know who "The Piratical" is.

"Appropriate...is appropriate" gave it away, even if the pirates didn't. :P

Well Apropos I have no idea who you are right now. Cheshire Cat is kinda creepy.

Here I thought mine was easy. I'm not Morzathoth, if that helps.

Arr, ye impudent scurvy dog, I be 'thar' Piratical', not 'thar' Ineffable' or 'thar' Mysterious' or 'thar' Unguessable'. We pirates be easily identifiable, y'know? That's so ye can see us comin' from a thousand miles off, on a good day with a stiff breeze an' know to drop anchor and strike yer colours! :P

You could say I have a void in my knowledge as to who you are.

Well I think that void is in all of us. :P

Also haven't been guessed yet, as far as I know...

This sums up why I picked the word "ensconced."

en·sconce
ənˈskäns/
verb

  1. establish or settle (someone) in a comfortable, safe, or secret place.

It's impossible/annoying to actually conceal identities, so normally no one really bothers to try.

Well, I don't have an AMA yet, so no one could know who I am, right?  :P

They could search for your profile picture in their pms or better yet, check the name history on the left side of your profile page.

Any time you edited a post or somebody quoted you in a post, your name at the time will be there.  Trying to full-on hide your previous name is pointless.  It's just a bit of fun.
