Cornucopia post up, because who doesn't think that torturing some weird epic created creature is a good idea for a first date?

Hey, your problems are making me appreciate my parent's trust even more, so there is some good coming out of it. Might not help you feel better, but you know, it's the thought that counts.

Murderlina is taking over WHOOC. Voidus, we need an epic to deal with her immediately. MURDERLINA REIGNS SUPREME! Storming autocorrect.

"Never fear! I, Metronome the great and powerful shall deal with the-"

*gets one hit*

Hmmm... I might need more Epics.

Sweet. Once I get over my mother-induced don't-give-a-flip-itis, I'll think of something for her to do with them. :P

Does that mean it is time for the not quite living pencil parade?

Maybe. I was thinking about melding a few of his paper clips together into Clippy, but I think both Funtimes and Altermind are too young to remember him. :P

Somewhat like this?

Anyway, we'll see what madness happens.

So what are the chances of Altermind remembering him, do you think?

The truth is that Altermind started a campain to erradicate him, because Clippy here didn't acknowledge Thoughttown as one word.

He popped up four times when Altermind tried to sign his Epic name at the bottom of a letter. <_<

The rise of Epics meant the doom of spellcheck. :P

Oh my Calamity, Joe just lost his e.

Um, he's 24, and this happens when?

I've actually be meaning to drop the E for a while now. Finally got around to doing it.

Really, how come?

Blackhoof, if you don't mind I'll wait til the next Rainmaker post before posting for Cornucopia again and unless you have anything else in particular you wanted to show I'll jump to the end of rounding up all the ghouls. That way we're all in the same time more or less.

My family has recently started watching a tv show called That 70's Show. I'm not too fond of it personally, so I just watch it until I finish dinner and then go to read. One of the characters, Michael Kelso is head-canonized to me as Deathwish. He's also the main reason that I am not a huge fan.

Kelso's a bit sleazy, especially in the early seasons, but all in all he's just a moron who's a product of his time. He's not aggressive, certainly isn't dangerous, and lacks the attraction to power and brutal hedonism that characterized Edgar Hawk.

If you want Edgar Hawk, look for the smirking men in supermarkets accompanied by younger women with barely hidden bruises around their eyes. Look for the men in PSA posters that warn women not to get intoxicated in unsavory company. Look for a man who glorifies violence against anyone weaker than himself, who respects only the strong and sadistic.

I haven't seen any of the later seasons yet, so I'll take your word on that. He's just annoyingly sleazy, though much better than Deathwish, though in truth worse than Deathwish is reserved for Nighthound and the Trifecta. The Nelson just rubs me the wrong way. Though Post-coke Deathwish matches him perfectly.

Trying to do the right thing and crying while he does it?

I haven't seen the show, so I wouldn't know. :P

Mostly the Scribbler part. " I'm sorry I said you were hot. It was wrong of me, you're too young. By the way, has anyone ever told you that you're hot." He is sleazy, but like Kobold said, he's not a violent sleaze.
