I just finished a big Deep Space Nine marathon, and I can't stop imagining Nighthound as Gul Jägar and Lucentia as a successful legate on the Cardassian council.

Blossom told Rainmaker to do the speech before the field workers left- but going by Atrophy and Iconoclast's posts, they have already left for the fields. There's no issue. My intent was for them to hear it on the radios in their vans. My original draft included that, but I editted it out before posting. They just need to hear it before reaching the fields. Obviously, the shifted vanillas in the van Iconoclast was in will pay no heed to it.

We can do another collab, if you'd like, or she can, you know, walk outside and talk to Buttercup herself . The number was more in case she makes her decision after some time has passed, and Buttercup has left. Of course, if you want Kenshin to deal with Broadcast, that's fine by me. He's really fun to write. Edit: Speaking of Broadcast, I'm considering slightly editting his powers to include the ability to broadcast radio waves, period (not just mobile related stuff). Secondary Power: He can broadcast mobile feeds to anyone he wants, no matter the distance. Weakness: Being kissed and here's the new Broadcast: Broadcast Primary Power: He can broadcast radio waves to anywhere he wants, no matter the distance. Secondary Power: He is capable of contacting anyone via mobile, so long as he knows their name (Epic name is sufficient). Weakness: Being kissed First, I swapped the Secondary and Primary powers, because his new primary is the better power. Second, I re-did the new primary power so that he broadcasts radio waves, and not just mobile feeds. This would allow him to broadcast mobile feeds, as well as all radio and television feeds, allowing him to truly embody his name: Broadcast. If no one objects over the weekend I'll go ahead and officially change him in the Epics of Oregon thread.

I would think so, but I don't know enough about "data" to know if it uses radio waves, though I presume it does. I'll have to research it, I suppose, though I was under the impression that mobile's were more like regular phones, not smart phones. Edit: Confirmation achieved. I might ask the same thing, in his position, simply because I usually have a pretty solid mental image of my characters that can be thrown off by a stray line. For instance, I imagined Sam wearing a skirt before you specified her wearing jeans in the first Protector Pug post. It's not a big deal, and the jeans actually make more sense, but I can see why mail-mi might prefer to read through it before it becomes canon. Edited August 7, 2015 by Kobold King

I tentatively envisioned it as a sort of black tulle skirt coming down to about knee-length, a bit ragged for being a bit old. Looking back on it jeans make more sense for a girl in Portland looking to keep a (somewhat) low profile, but mental pictures can be difficult things to shake.
