Voidus Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Nighthound is the founding member and appears multiple times on the And Then They Died list, which originated from our overuse of the phrase 'and then Nighthound died' to end all fanon stories.
Mckeedee123 he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 (edited) Motion carried, if it will keep him from sharing his most likely sadistic opinion of pugs. Pugs? Never! I can assure you, Twilyght, no character of mine would dare to harm a pug no matter what the circumstances! (Well, except Outlaw, maybe. He's not really a fan of small dogs.) Kobold King he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 A WHOOC was promised, so a WHOOC was given. It's kind of weird that Arsenal's a kindergartener while Vondra's an adult, considering that in canon he's the older of the two. But that's a nit of the most nitpicking degree. That was awesome. 1

TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 Yeah Arsenal being the same age as Scribbler is a bit weird I don't ship it.
Voidus Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I don't ship it. Indeed. We have some standards here after all.
Kobold King he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Indeed. We have some standards here after all. Obviously. Koschei and Mobius are made for each other and Ray and the Unicyclist are totes adorbs, but Arsenal/Scribbler just makes things weird.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 Indeed. We have some standards here after all. 1. Thou shalt not ship Nighthound. 2. Thou shalt not ship Arsenal, unless it be a most excellent ship. 3. Timeport shall be shipped with no one. 4. If anyone who must not be shipped is shipped, it must be in jest. 4
Voidus Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 1. Thou shalt not ship Nighthound. 2. Thou shalt not ship Arsenal, unless it be a most excellent ship. 3. Timeport shall be shipped with no one. 4. If anyone who must not be shipped is shipped, it must be in jest. Um... Timeport may be canonically shipped with Neverthere in the near future. Sorry. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 ...Sudden horrifying question for you, Twi. If Koschei and Mobius got into a relationship... and Mobius became pregnant with Koschei's son... how would Koschei react?
mail-mi he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 1. Thou shalt not ship Nighthound. 2. Thou shalt not ship Arsenal, unless it be a most excellent ship. 3. Timeport shall be shipped with no one. 4. If anyone who must not be shipped is shipped, it must be in jest. So the probably-canononical shipping of Timeport and Neverthere is illegal?
mail-mi he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 It's kind of weird that Arsenal's a kindergartener while Vondra's an adult, considering that in canon he's the older of the two. But that's a nit of the most nitpicking degree. That was awesome. Well I decided that Vondra was the teacher because he was in charge.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 So the probably-canononical shipping of Timeport and Neverthere is illegal? 5. If two members of the ATTD List are shipped, the ship must end in mutual death or mutual redemption. But since the latter is unlikely for members of the List, death should be considered a goal. As for the potential offspring of Koschei and Möbius...chances are good Koschei would be extremely pleased and raise the child as a ruler in his own right. Of course, if the poor kid ever defied him, things would not end well. The same holds true if the child did not inherit either parent's Epicness. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 So the probably-canononical shipping of Timeport and Neverthere is illegal? I can't imagine any circumstances in which Neverthere would allow that maniac anywhere near her physical location. So I hope Timeport's fine with long distance.
Voidus Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I can't imagine any circumstances in which Neverthere would allow that maniac anywhere near her physical location. So I hope Timeport's fine with long distance. No she wouldn't, especially not a teleporter like Timeport since he could just bypass all the security she's set up.
Curious Anamaximder he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 No she wouldn't, especially not a teleporter like Timeport since he could just bypass all the security she's set up. I think that makes him a bit OP.
Blackhoof Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Only to puny human-built security measures Neverthere's lack of defensive abilities is one of her balancing factors.
Blackhoof Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I'm thinking of introducing Magneto I mean a metal manipulating Epic into Salem, to fight someone or other. Name: Lady Deathskull Primary Power: Ferrukinesis: Can manipulate and control any metal, but only within 30 feet of her. Can also, by extension, sense all sources of metal within 60 feet of her. Secondary Power: Flight: Can fly at a maximum pace of 60km/h and is immune to any negative effects of flying at that speed (wind in her eyes doesn't bother her) but can only rise to a maximum of 60 feet with this power. Weakness: A specific pattern of diamond shapes on her carpet that she was looking at when she was being beaten to within an inch of her life by her drug-addled daughter and her daughter's drug-pushing boyfriend. Appearance: She wears tight-fitting metal armour that encases her whole body, that she moves with her powers as she walks. The helmet of the armour bears a skull-like visage, and she also wears a long, high-collared red cape with black trim. 3
Redbird he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 That seems like a bad set up if her weakness is activated, since she would be frozen in place by her armor.
Blackhoof Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 That seems like a bad set up if her weakness is activated, since she would be frozen in place by her armor. indeed- but it also protects her until she can get her powers back. Although I don't see her weakness coming into play- she can be beaten without it.
Blackhoof Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 That is technically true, but it would also be more uncomfortable and a bit more complicated. Having metal constantly pushing you around would get annoying and put limits on her manoeuvring that wouldn't exist if she has a straight flying ability.
Curious Anamaximder he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Awesome! I am going to make a fight post in Salem.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I'll be leaving for San Francisco tonight, and won't be back until Sunday afternoon. I don't know if I'll have Internet in that time period. So don't count on me being Here.

TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 I think that makes him a bit OP. He can only teleport 5 feet in any direction. That's not OP. 1
