All I've ever asked for and really, you've never dressed up what Funtimes did, so I'm not doubting that you'll do it well. ;)

Sure, although he would be closer to the armory than the HQ and somehow I get the feeling that a clinic shouldn't be right next to a ton of weaponary but maybe that's just me. :P

Actually in a militarized city like the Dalles I think having your weaponry and medical areas close is probably a good idea.

Why do we need a clinic right next to the armory? All those darn kids playing with hand grenades, I'll tell you. :P

Well then Arsenal maybe you shouldn't be handing them out to then, so they "finally get useful." :P

Fine, how about you let them practice shooting in your office then?

I grew up, among other places, in Wyoming. Gun laws are less strict than in some other states, but on top of that, guns are such an ingrained part of culture that nearly everyone owns one. If someone says they don't think private citizens should be allowed to own guns, Wyomans will stare at them as if they just said they're going to try and get an octopus on the next presidential ticket. My brother shot his first rifle--a .22--at eighteen months of age, under the proud and watchful supervision of my dad.

I think even the staunchest gun supporter from Wyoming would say Arsenal was too gung-ho about arming the citizenry. :P

Got a question. If sightline wore drunk goggles, would they affect his vision? What if he got drunk?

I think the appropriate question is, how much damage would drunk!Sightline and hammered!Obliteration do together?

They'd certainly get around... how many bars are left in the fractured states.

Would he teleport away, though? And when he did, would he be drunk enough to assume it was because his powers thought he'd have enough and drink it anyway?

That's a fine question. The best way to find out would be to try it, don't you think?

Koblod, if Arsenal is coming to the clinic soon, do you still have track of everyone there?

Posted

I'm reasonably sure that you've left Ozy there...Alan me if you want to do anything with him. I'm still rereading the pats of the Dalles that I missed, and should be ready to rock and roll in a few days.

Uh, I couldn't even name all the players there off the top of my head. So a quick review on who's still there wouldn't go amiss. :P

Reader (Mail-me), Elsa (Elsa), Ozymandias (Kipper), Scribbler (Voidus), Baxter (me) Neko (me) and some NPC guards. That should be all I think.

Really? I could have sworn there were more than that.

Thanks. :) I'll try to get an Arsenal post up soon.

There used to be more but they all run off. MV and Bactrack to find Impact, Shiny Sparkle and Autumn to get to the command center and Frostfire and Edgerunner to the remains of the convoy.

I might copy the FUNTIMES list onto my phone just in case.

Don't be too disappointed. I'd probably ask "Would my plan to kill Fortuity with a bikini, a moose tranquilizer, and four or five empty vodka bottles have worked?" :P

that's a good plan, if I had had that, I would've pulled it out. :P

I... I... uh...

Wow. That is awesome. :D

(And I'm thinking about starting a new training regimen for myself. Every day, every time someone catches my attention, I will train myself to burst out "Tell me about Epics on the West Coast!" Eventually this will become an unbreakable habit for me, and if the Bandersnatch catches me unawares, I'll blurt out the question on pure reflex.)

That is a great plan. :P he'll never be able to surprise you.

The vanillas are pretty cool, though. Off the top of my head I can't name a single villainous vanilla character--unless you count Seth Nathsa, but he was practically an Epic even before Calamity spoke to him. <_<

I think we've had our fill of evil Epics, so the vanillas are all good. I do know of one that there are plans for him to become evil. It would be interesting to see an evil vanilla who's the equivalent of one of the rich humans in Newcago.

That's a really interesting question and if I had heard it yesterday, I might've asked.

Did Brandon leave too? I can't remember.

Do you guys think I should have Altermind send FLashpoint to the dealer as soon as the MEE retreats or wait until morning?

Tell me about the Epics on the west coast!!!1!

...I mean, thanks. I'm still working on it. :P

That would be interesting. (Is it Brandon? I bet it's Brandon. Taylor corrupts, and absolute Taylor corrupts absolutely. :P)

I'd say wait until morning, just to avoid prolonging this accursed night any longer. :P

(I have very minimal plans with Coma and the ones I do, I don't know about. :P So no.)

That's what I was thinking too. We haven't heard from PP and Saccharine in what, three months? Four?

Sometime, in the not-too-distant future….

Kobold steps out of the car, glad for the opportunity to stretch his legs. He is on a road trip. He isn't entirely sure of his precise location, though judging by the rock formations in the distance, he's somewhere in Utah.

He goes into the restroom and washes his hands. As the water is running, the door opens. He doesn't see who it is, but he has trained his reflexes not to care. Flinging water from his hands, Kobold whirls on the newcomer, practically shouting.

"The Coven! West Coast Epics! Tell me what you know!"

The stranger blinks behind his square-frame glasses.

He gives a familiar, knowing half-smile.

Kobold stands there in stunned silence.

The stranger is Brandon Sanderson.

Final parts of the collab is up. Now we're just waiting for the rest of the town to catch up in the 20 minutes or so that they've been gone.
