I don't think that I'll be in a condition to write in character today but you can have Baxter grow exited after Backtrack mentions his powers and then drag Backtrack off, with them just ending up with the others or something like that. Also, can I draw your collective attention to this image? Time for a WHOOC post, I think. I see you discovered Singeki no pug. You know what would be dreadfully ironic? If the number of nice Epics helped bring about the fall of Oregon more quickly. Being less motivated by self-interests, a scenario might arise that causes the nicer characters to form a massive army of Epics with the intent of protecting the state... but end up destroying it during battles with Lucentia, dark!Paladin, and Sunburst instead. ...Best idea to resolving the plot anyone of us had yet.
