If blackwave were to surround her with water, (And she couldn't teleport) What would she turn it into?

Couldn't she just turn it into like glitter or something?

Depends on what you mean by "surrounded." If the water pooled around her feet or even up to her waist, she would most likely turn it into glitter—and she would attempt to turn all the water into glitter long before it reached her neck. But if he did manage to surround her with water to the point where she was entirely submerged, and she was unable to teleport, she would most likely turn the water into cloth, or millions of pieces of paper, or dead leaves. Something allowing room for oxygen so she could breathe, something that would be easier to climb out of than a pool of water, and (most importantly) something outside Blackwave's control. If it reached the point where she was submerged, she would avoid turning it into something consisting of small particles like glitter, because being submerged in glitter would be like being submerged in dirt. Only sparklier.

I think that liquid oxygen would nearly instantly convert into a gas at room temperature without the need for external heat.

Is it acidic, though?

Also, trying to convert my friend into a fan of FiM.

Wish me luck...

Luck wished! ;)

Not that I know of, I mean to have liquid oxygen you need either a very high pressure or a very low temperature, given Funtimes' powers I'd think it would be analogous to the former in which case it would essentially produce something like an explosion as the gas would expand to be several hundred times bigger than the liquid in a few seconds.

Looking at him again I realize that the fact his gang is made up from Epics makes his gifting kind of pointless. Immunity to illusions is also a somewhat strange power that goes into the same vein as the discussion we had about CM's power leveler.

How strong would that healing be?

I'm actually going to give the gifting to a Lost One. The gifting also works in tandem with one of the other Lost One's abilities. I can get rid of the Resistance to illusions. Pan's healing is fairly strong, but not nearly at Nighthound's level. He can survive getting stabbed or shot, but not in the heart or the brain. He can regrow a hand, but it takes days.

Also, here are some of The Lost I created that are up for grabs.

Some Lost Ones

Tink: Telekinesis, Resurrection, Glowing energy projectiles, flight and enhanced reflexes gifting.

Rufio: Flight, Enhanced Speed and Reflexes, Fire manipulation.

Nibs: Can create a physical avatar around himself. It is always an animal. He is immune while in this state.

ex: He can create a giant crocodile around himself. He can then stay underwater as long as a crocodile could.

Toodles: can create projectiles, for bows, slingshots, blowguns, etc. Can imbue them with different properties, like explosiveness. Can create fruit, which is most certainly a projectile. Especially mangoes.

The Twins: Both can make Duplicates of themselves or each other, though the duplicates are vanilla versions of themselves. They gain any knowledge or skills their "dupes" learned when the dupes are reabsorbed or die.

Tiger Lilly: Super tracking ability: can sense the direction of someone she's tracking. Can tell if her target has been there or not.

Stealth capabilities as well.

Slightly: Highly Enhanced physical capabilities(some strength, but primarily speed and agility), hyper-acrobatic skills, can make any surface bouncy.

Cannonball: Can give himself instant momentum, launching himself in any direction. He can Detonate, creating an explosion that shoots outward from him. He is not affected by explosions and is immune blunt-force impact. Doesn't need to breathe, which kinda freaks him out.

And if she were to do this in a room filled with water, aside from most likely blowing out the walls, what would the side effects be? How would it affect her, being in the epicenter like that?

If the room was watertight the oxygen would actually stay a liquid I believe, water doesn't compress very well so the oxygen couldn't expand. The resultant pressure would probably cause pretty severe damage to anyone inside of it, probably killing them.

If the oxygen could expand, it would be much like getting caught in an actual explosion only without the burns, severe internal trauma would be likely, without hospitalization anyone in the epicenter would likely die.

Figured it wouldn't end well. So yeah, she'd definitely stick to more stable matter that can't harm her.

Ah. The funny thin about her is that she's so powerful but technically she's not safe (she lacks a PI.)

Yep. Her teleportation is the closest thing she has, and as useful as it is, she's still vulnerable to opponents who are quick enough, or strong enough, or have powers that can disintegrate solid matter. So if she were to get in a fight with, say, Obliteration, her best chance of survival would be fleeing the scene and not looking back.

So I guess that this means Operation Uber-Super-Duper Awesome Oxygen Submarine Party is officially a bust? :(

I'm afraid so. :( On the upside, Operation Make Blackwave Wonder Why All His Precious Water is Now Spaghetti Sauce is still a go.

Could this further Operation And Then Blackwave Died?

To be fair most Epics would be best off fleeing and not looking back if they encountered Obliteration.

Well, she could technically transform the water INTO a machine that takes the air out of the water

Yes, she could technically turn some of the water into an oxygen tank and scuba gear. However, it's been established that Blackwave can use water as a very effective lethal weapon, so the safest thing for her to do in that situation would be to immediately turn the water into something Blackwave can't control.

Joe, what city is the Tidebreaker docked in at the moment?

Also, after reading a bit about phantom pains, I'm considering incorporating a minor precognitive sense to Sharkbait. I'm considering the idea that he feels twinges in his missing arm just prior to being attacked, giving him a sort of immediate danger sense sort of like Spider-man's. Thoughts on the matter?

I like the idea. Kind of a cross between phantom pains and Spidey Sense, morphing into a downplayed and malevolent Pinkie Sense.

Cool. If no one finds it overpowered, I'll incorporate it then.

It was originlly Vancouver, but I don't know anymore. Choose one.

Cannon Beach, perhaps? I know nothing about the place, but it's a very small coastal town in Oregon with a pirate-y kind of name. :P

It's currently a tourist town, catering to people who want to stay in a nice hotel close to the sand. Post Calamity it would likely survive as a village ruled by an Epic who used the coast for shipping, or more likely as a small fishing village where inhabitants struggled to keep their heads down.

Sounds like a cool idea, especially considering Astoria's power level of late.

Would it be beyond the realm of reason for Skinwalker to be the Epic who took control of the village?
