Edgedancer he/him Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Unrelated, but since I'm a slave to my baser instincts (read: making pony comics), I ponified a portion of the (in?)famous Cocoa Puffs stories, based on a prompt by TwiLyghtSansSparkles. I hope you enjoy, because trying to put a rifle in a pony's hooves isn't nearly as easy as it sounds. Split into four sections because my computer is dumb slow. Kobold, you almost killed me with those. The air had real trouble getting into my lungs with all the laughter. I think my favourite was the one with Lightwards and Remington. I demand you give into your base instincts more often. 3

Here's one drawn from my own experiences: Your character is a grad student who must write two reflection essays for their student portfolio by the end of the month. They are also completing an internship and working full-time. While at the store, your character runs into the school board member responsible for making portfolios a requirement. What does your character do to this person? ….. Okay, maybe a more relatable one is required. How about: Your character wakes up to discover they are a pug. A genie, who granted this wish based on another person's request, informs them that they will be this way for the next twenty-four hours. If the character is an Epic, they will be incapable of using their powers for that time because—c'mon, everyone knows pugs don't have superpowers. How does your character spend their day? 1

It's a combination of her power to assimilate blood and to use it to connect different points in space. With the time she has been in Astoria she has infected pretty much everyone with the exception of some Epics. Through that she got a surveillance system that essentially covers the entire city. Although, they don't use it to its full effectiveness so the population doesn't become aware of it. I don't know that that would help know every secret in the city though, no more than Funtimes knows every secret in Portland just because she can appear anywhere. A little off topic, but this just happened while discussing a Kingkiller Elimination game: (Don't ask how we got so far off topic. ) (Discussing Doomsday, an Epic little wilson RP'd as during an Elimination Game, green is me, blue is Wilson:) Clearly, Doomsday’s weakness is acts of self sacrifice. Oh, gosh. Can you imagine an actual Epic having that weakness….It would suck. Majorly. The first random vanilla with a hero complex they met would be able to curbstomp them. Although, it would let you write a scenario where Voldemort is an Epic… Yep…..Oh my gosh. That’s brilliant.This now needs to happen. It really does. It’s perfect. It makes so much sense.And then Harry became a High Epic wishing to take revenge, and was guided by Knight-Templar Epic Prof Dumbledore. It all works.It does. It’s awesome. Anyways, a couple quick questions for various people, in preparation for RPing as Azrael:Edge: Has Lucentia done anything with the Astoria Column? 'Rael's first instinct is going to be to look for a good vantage point, and that seems like a good spot.Voidus (and anyone else who has/wants to have any say in the various members of the LoS): Which shadow Epics can 'Rael steal for underlings in Astoria? DarkQuake: Can cause any shadows to become a solid surface and also capable of sending ripples or vibrations through that surface.Twilight spark: Technically an energy Epic however his energy constructs draw in light from around them, capable of creating replicas of living beings which can act with a degree of free will but will obey any of his mental commands.Eclipse: Illusionist who creates a bright halo around himself, but shrouds his body itself in darkness. The halo is bright enough to blind anyone looking directly at it.I think the others are taken for now.EDIT: For reference the other three are: Flicker: Can teleport only while in shadows, can also produce an EMP which temporarily shorts out electronics.-Someone may have claimed, not sure who or when. Nightshade: Can ‘pull’ an object or beings shadow from the ground causing it to become a 3 dimensional object capable of everything the possessor of the shadow is capable of (Excluding Epic abilities), living shadows will obey orders given by Nightshade-SnoopyMidnight Tears: Can suck all light from a room, becomes completely intangible when in darkness however can solidify parts of his body at will. Any parts of his body that become solid while still in darkness slowly exude a thick black liquid. Can it be expanded to thematically appropriate small animals, like a hamster for Revolution or a chihuahua for Backtrack? Next I want over 9000 panels. Other small animals sound good. I'll get working on it tomorrow.

She is somewhat of a dedicated spymaster and it helps that she doesn't need to actually appear in person. It works more like Regalia's powers in that regard.
