JTolman he/him Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I am not familiar with the meaning of the abreveation, could some one enlighten me please. Might be useful, espcially for people new to the forums and to the Sanderson Fandom to post a Glossary of definitions some where of such things?
Purelake Earthquake he/him Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 It means Read And Find Out, used for questions he's not ready to give answers for. It was originally used by Robert Jordan. 1
WeiryWriter he/him Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Read And Find Out It's a phrase Brandon inherited from Robert Jordan, basically it's Brandon's default answer for questions he doesn't want to answer. Sometimes because it will spoil something in a future book, sometimes because an answer would make people focus on the wrong things. It does not always mean something will be covered in the books however.
Ynax he/him Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Another abbreviation for newcomers is WoB, which simply means Word of Brandon.

Maybe we should add this to the Cosmere 101 thread?
Kurkistan he/him Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I'll admit this and similar questions are rather frequently asked...
