I think it'd be a pretty terrible situation for a young woman to be in, unless she earnestly desired to date an Epic. (And even then some Unfortunate Implications can crop up.) I mean... when Hercules suggested that Funtimes wear a chainmail bikini, she could just put him in one and teleport away giggling. If Pre-Calamity Funtimes had been faced with a similar suggestion by a powerful Epic who could kill her in a second... well, it gets into some pretty squicky, skaa-noblemen territory pretty quickly. Not really arguing against it, since I know there is some darkness in Funtimes' backstory, but I'm just saying the thought has some pretty horrifying implications. Algaze is different since it's a wholly consensual relationship and Voidgaze actually has a moral code. Vondra would never allow the Autumn/Shiny Sparkle relationship to get out of hand. I guess what I'm saying is, it's not a detail to be considered lightly. And if this was all a joke that I wasn't getting than I apologize for taking it so seriously. One name: Fortuity 1

The power imbalance between Funtimes/Heracles was virtually nonexistent; the power imbalance between Jade/Heracles is enormous, and not funny at all. Like I said, I'm still trying to decide whether or not to include it. The probability of it happening is definitely greater than zero. If we factor in her engineering expertise, it means she would most likely be courted by male Epics who rely partly on gadgetry, leading to a scenario where they give her access to better materials and education in exchange for protection and the "prestige" of dating Super Hotman or whoever. The biggest reason why I would not include it is because, at this time, she would still be a teenager. So, yeah, I'm not entirely sure I want to go there. 2

(I mean, it was just a kiss, but in retrospect the thought of those two kissing is pretty awful.) I was thiiiis close to blocking that out and now you have to remind me. *Shudders* 2

So while it's a possibility you could explore if you wanted to, it'd be perfectly plausible if she was left alone but Super Hotman and his ilk. (And I'm still chuckling over that name, by the way. ) And yeah, her being a teenager at the time would make the whole thing even more squicky. This is a pretty squicky thing to consider, and although it's definitely within the realm of possibility, I sort of hate my brain for thinking of it. At this point, I'm leaning against incorporating it into her backstory directly. There's already a good bit of darkness in it, so adding in another layer of horror might be laying it on too thick. And, like I said before, I'm really not sure I want to go there. ….unless, of course, "there" is the place where they sell adorable costumes for Protector Pug. Right, thing is with Shiny Sparkle teleporting them in the air it´s fairly reasonable that they would see the Panda´s army, unless we say the timeline doesn´t sync up completely. The reason I´m halting at that is that he still didn´t respond to my and Malliw´s question about where those things come from, even though he posted shortly after we asked the question and with his respons to the plot hole in his last post being that he´s not going to bother explaining that you could say that I´m slightly worried.
