So... what about the clones? If you touch it to one of them, do the others disappear?

also is there a backstory behind it I'm fully invested now

It will injure the one it touches, and kill with prolonged exposure, but it won’t propagate to the other three. Kill all four with phones and he won’t reincarnate.

To be honest, I haven’t given much thought to that particular part of his backstory. He’s the kind of guy to live in the present, and I suppose that spilled over when I RPd him. It has to do with internet toxicity (but even that I’m coming up with just now).

Edit: I think it might help the discussion if I copy paste one of his fights so one can really see how he battles. It’ll be annoying to do though so I’ll get it up later tonight.

interesting, most epics have all of their powers negated with their weakness because they become an ordinary person. Cool backstory though.

Well with Mitosis it only collapsed the clones it contacted until it hit critical mass, then straight killed him. MT also has no core self so I figured it would work the same (as well as neutralizing the other powers of each clone it met of course).

I don't think mitosis was able to store a clone somewhere else so that he could come back, though. I got the impression his clones were a temporary thing that didn't last longer than he had concentration for

I was under the impression he did, and didn’t see a concentration limit. David says enough of them suffering the music all at once transmitted it to all of them everywhere.

the clones did melt though at the music so like by the same logic the guy's body doubles should too I guess?
