Very late, but where do we get the indication Retribution can open or close his Perpendicularity as he wishes?

The little-known (free) video game Battle for Wesnoth. I like them decently, but I actually prefer more exotic variations on the idea over the classical ones.

But if you want one that doesn't already exist, Kaladin and Nale. They could have a 'Mercy and Justice' reputation.
