It does technically to unlock "full report" but if you can narrow it down to a city or occasionally county, and if she doesn't have too common of a name, the confusing interface ends up giving away most of the info anyway. Not that I have experience :3 that's the main way I know. I'm trying to sound positive, not creepy, but if you know her first/last name and general area, you can definitely find her somehow.
