      Ya know, @Usseewa, if you drink stuff with electrolytes in it, either using things you can add to water, or like, gatorade, can really help

      I once went on a 4 mile backpacking trip with 33 pounds on my back, in 100 degree weather, and when I got to the campsite I was so dehydrated I took my first nap in years. My consciousness was hazy, I was going in and out of clarity, and it felt so good when I got some electrolytes in my water (although it was temporary because I didn't have enough)

      So if you are dehydrated, elcrtolytes def help.
