Basically I hate myself for hating myself :3 and procrastination and subpar sleep schedule don't help whatsoever

Hating yourself should be a good reason to have pity on yourself. idk if this might help at all, but since where i live is somewhat rural, i tend to let off steam at least every other day by going on 1-2 hour long walks on the sides of roads just singing like a lunatic. Usually it’s depressing stuff for catharsis, (and occasionally screaming), but almost any music helps. It’s like i don’t have to hide anything
