The implications of Dalinar's decision.

When Dalinar breaks all Honors oaths that implied to me that all Honors Restrictions were lifted. Including the limiter placed on Windrunner Adhesion (I know that it probably is not were the story is going but it's fun to speculate) which got me thinking, with full access to Spiritual Adhesion and Spiritual Gravitation (we know the Windrunners have limited access due to their Resinence ability) what sorts of Bondsmith like things could they do?

For example using Spiritual Gravitation to make a location reject Voidlight?

To my understanding, I don't believe the lower ability in Adhesion was by design of Honor, but simply a result of the whole Connection with their spren and the resulting associated abilities. So I don't think they'll get any increase in Adhesion.

That said, it would be really cool to see some crossover powers

Wind and Truth is out of it's spoiler period, and this is the SA forum, you can talk about it openly.

 

Honor didn't just restrict Adhesion, he bound bondsmithing in particular. I'd say that Windrunners might be affected, but I doubt they will have any huge impacts on their abilities

A spoiler box isn't needed for WaT content. 

There is no such a thing as Spiritual Gravitation and Spiritual Adhesion is only available to Bondsmiths due to the nature of their bond and the nature of the god spren they are bonded to. Windrunners simply can't have it, even if restrictions placed on Surges by Honor are now lifted. The Radiant Orders were specifically set up by Ishar and Honor to each have certain abilities like we see in books and the spren can only give those Surges they are manifestations of - this won't change now. 

However, something happened to Syl after the Stormfather died and Retribution was formed. We don't know what it was, but it's possible that she is becoming a new replacement for the Stormfather, thus becoming a god spren like he was. This will definitely have some ramification to her bond with Kaladin and it's possible he might gain new abilities or even shift orders. We will see in SA 6.
