At the end of Wind and Truth we see the potential of a new fused being made with the surge of adhesion. I'd love to hear other Ideas but here is mine first

  The bound ones.

Appearance: tall imposing figures wrapped in chains made out of carapace that drag behind them in a clump. they are incredibly dull in color (dark blacks and dull reds) and incredibly dull of mind, however they are invincible.

Abilities: like stated above they are invincible as well as being very strong and dense, they are however very slow. they swing their chains around as a weapon because they cannot use their surge (yet). The radiants struggled with this threat until a windrunner found out that separating the chains around them from the clump dragging behind them made them vulnerable (kinda). When this happens The bound one grows more colorful (vivid oranges, reds, whites and blacks) gains control of their carapace chains (like limbs) gains access to their surge, gets smarter, lighter and faster. they now are, however, capable of dying. and in the bundle behind them is a weapon they used in their previous lives.

I've moved this thread to the Stormlight forum, since Arcanum Discussion is for discussing the arcanum site where WoBs are compiled, not general book discussion/theorizing

My possible ideas

-like spiderman - can climb walls

-has their body covered in adhesion kind of like glue traps, weapons that hit them get stuck,

-sticky hair? The idea is they could whip their hair like a built in whip to trap things

What about something like a Katamari Damacy ball? Imagine a makeshift exosuit of sharp objects and dead enemies.

Binded Ones

Their Surge is augmented directly by Retribution, giving them the power of Spiritual Adhesion. They possess half of the power of a Bondsmith, the ability to create Bonds. This allows them to pull off all kinds of things, Connect to lands to understand the language, forcibly form Bonds with less mindful Spren that won't immediately try to break said bond (Lesser Spren) to utilize them in some fashion, be it by using them as spies or by materializing them as tools like more breakable and smaller Shardblades?

Due to a lack of a Godspren they won't be able to pull of crazier Bondsmithing like forming a Perpendicularity. And without Spiritual Tension, they lack the ability to manipulate pre-existing Bonds and can only create new ones. Also, as they are a new Brand of Fused, they do not have the same level of Finesse and Savantism that the other Brands of Fused have, experimenting with their abilities will be their most paramount goal.

Most other Fused won't look upon them favorably, due to a combination of the dislike of new 'upstarts' and fear of the new replacing the old, as well as the belief among some Fused of Adhesion not being a 'True' Surge. Though the fear of Retribution from... Retribution... will keep these impulses in check for the most part.
