Is the Nahel bond a two way street?

Dusk's aviar seem to be able to tap into Dusk's navigation ability. If this is true, would you reckon this is something that every Nahel bond can do, or are the Navigators just special? Could Design see blue lines if Hoid was burning steel? What do you think?

I'm gonna go with a strong "probably". We do know that the Nahel bond creates some form of psychic connection where bondmates can read each other's thoughts. So, this may have just been Sak and Rokke reading Dusk's mind - not necessarily using the power themselves.

So, I'd reckon that Design would be able to see the same blue lines as Hoid (lines tethered to him). This is more just a sharing of sensory information than her using the power.

But could bondmates use the power themselves? Could Design steelpush? Can she draw Aons (I feel like Cryptics would be scary good at this)? 

The only two examples I can think of for Spren using non-Surge abilities are Design and Aux. Design does some weird manipulation of Yumi and Painter's Connection that allows them to move further from one another. And Aux also pulled some Connection shenanigans to help Hoid find Sigzil on Canticle. Aux also seems to be in control of Sigzil's Skipping ability. These all seem like the Spren manipulating powers that come from their human partner (sometimes even without the human's consent or knowledge).

The obvious problem with these two examples is that they involve two of the most unique individuals in the Cosmere.

All of the known bonds are two-way. It's just that, for Spren, the benefit they receive is to access the Physical Realm without losing their conciousness and thought. For a Nahel Bond between two Physical Realm beings, IED shows us that spiritweb attributes are shared, at some level. Tress Ch 25:
