Portal magic in the cosmere?

I haven't read everything in the cosmere. I am sure Aons could do this but I am looking for any ways to make portals. 

Wont lie, after watching live action Lilo and Stitch that portal gun was too dope to not ask about ways to pull that off in the cosmere. 

Just such a cool magic (my personal chosen super power if any would be portals. To many moves and too much time commuting to not see huge value in it.)  

Bonus points if the user could manipulate the portal they create by shifting its position and use it to scoop someone / something up.

We've seen a portal be made with a supercharged Elsecalling in Wind and Truth, and AonDor can theoretically do anything if you know the right combination of Aons, so I don't see why not. You can already use AonDor to teleport with Aon Tia I think it was? Either way the next step up from there is to figure out how to make a stable portal.

Maybe there's an Aon that means Realms or Perpendicularity?

JustQuestin hit it, Portals were used twice in WaT (ElseGates - once in vision, once by Dai-Gonarthis) and once in Elantris (Off screen, used by Galadon to transport the fledgeling Elantrians to Teod to follow Raoden). The Elantris one is mostly deduction, since a Portal version of AonTia (with the correct modifiers) would be the most likely way so many Post-Reod new Elantrians could have made it to the Teo Docks, when half of them could not correctly finish an AonDaa attack in the fight that followed. 

Then, of course, you have Stable Perpendicularities - which are just portals between the Realms rather than from one PR location to another PR Location. Most Elsecalling (not just Roshar, like Skipping) is individual - place to place or Realm to Realm but without a portal that others can also use; but some Portals are possible, based on current known data. WoBs searching for Portals all seem to be in reference to Perpendicularites.

Two more bonus portal options:

• The 'Compass of Spirits' from TLM's broadsheets - we know very little of the origins of the Compass. And only know that it helps you enter the Cognitive Realm by opening a portal. It's unclear if it works in the other direction.
• Hoid used some weird hourglass-shaped device to send Sigzil to the Cognitive Realm in WaT. Seemed like the kind of thing that can't be used under normal circumstances though. It might also be a one-way trip.

Two types of so far non-cannon Aethers that are in the available draft of the AoN novel: Night Aether and Illuminous Aether.

Illuminous Aether - not a portal, but users of this Aether can perform a "Sending" where they touch someone and that person turns to light and is almost instantly transported to a new location of the Aetherbound's choice. Illuminous Aetherbounds cannot perform a Sending on themselves.

Night Aether - Can do something similar to a Sending, but you can only Send yourself. Sending others is not possible.

That religious group does lie about the power even coming from an aether in the first place. And they conceal the process for gaining the ability to use the Aether. And they lie about being able to control said process. But they are telling the truth about not being able to Send themselves. It's a big inconvenience for them. Because even when traveling as a group, there's always at least one Illuminous Aetherbound who gets left behind or needs to travel the old-fashioned way.
