Can you create a Fused with a Kandra that has a Singers-Skeloton?

Basicly if they could give themselfs this way even more powerfull bodies, as they dont need voidlight for most healings.
I especially thought it would be interesting with the surge of transformation, as Fused can transform body parts into other materials without any problem, like their breath or weapons that punctioated their bodies.
With a Kandra body, they may even be able to transform their flesh.

I'm betting that Treamayne will show up in a few minutes and devastate my post, but I'm pretty sure that you could make a Fused out of anybody.

Remember, the singers weren't created by Odium. Given a good enough Connection, he could... Fuse?... anybody he wanted.

That being said, Kandra are already Preservation's, so to speak. That throws a wrench into this monkey, as the saying goes. I'm not sure if it would require some weird Connection tricks, or if it would just add the Fusing on top.

I don't know what it would do, though.

It would depend on what you mean by "create a Fused."

If you mean a Fused Soul entering the Gemheart in the skeleton to take over the body, then probably not. The Kandra "wear" their bones, but are not Connected to them (and would not Connect to the Gemheart, since they cannot take Singer forms through Nahel Bonds while wearing Singer bones either - but they can impersonate the form that the Bones were wearing when digested). 

If you mean, as @ThatOneWorldhopper pointed out, could a Kandra sufficiently Connected to Odium become a Fused soul - then that is less clear. It's hard to kill a Kandra, and it is implied that Odium only makes Fused from the Cognitive Shadows of dead minions (when he tells Dalinar that dying in the Champion Duel would be why he can become a new Fused). But, in that case, the Kandra soul would no longer have a Kandra body - as the Mistwraith shell with Kandra Blessings would be dead.

The Forms? The actual-- To an extent, yes. To an extent, yes, but part of that is the spren bond. You're not gonna get everything. You could look like one, but there'll be certain things you won't be able to do, even with the Form. You couldn't take a form of power... You could pass.
