You don't have to assume that necessarily, but you won't have the ability to go back and forth between Europa and this planet. For other people with portals I ruled they might open occassionally and very briefly, so you essentially get whatever you might have sent through initially as a colonizing force. If that would have been your whole nation, yep!

The world is smaller than Earth but tbh the scaling on the map is pretty loosy-goosey. I'll update the map with approximately how much space I think your nation will take up and we'll kinda go from there.

It's definitely the upper limit that I would normally want to do, but Spark was the first person to respond to the thread so I want to give them a chance if they want it

Thanks for counting. Whether or not they join I think I'll cut it off here. It's going to be a lot to manage either way, but it should be fun! No offense to y'all but I bet a couple people will drift off and stop replying, which will make things easier, and then if people want to replace those slots, then we can talk about it then. But for now, I think this is the cast

let me quickly do mine now to make it easier nubers wise for you. i will deffinitly make this better later.. i also dont mind which continent i start in for now. 

 

Nation's Origin: started off as a group of lords who were also merchents that banded together to form a guild together. 
National Colors: gold and yellow
Nation's Government Type: the top of the top is rulled by an oligarcy of merchent lords who vote for the ruler who is incharge for life. the rest of the lower portions are mostly just democratic. 
Nation's Faith and beliefs: nothing major. they belive in freedom of speach, identity and religion. 
Nation's Ruler: lord Roy the 2nd
Nation's Primary Race(s): Human
Nation's Total Population: coupple million

Magic or technology use: they are able to instictivly tell when someone is lying and any deal made with them is binding and will harm the deal breaker.

Seems right to me. The IISC would go to the barren region in the northwest, so they don’t bother anybody or anything, but are still close by.
